Traditional Beef Oxtail


NOTE: Traditionally Fed Beef may be supplimented with grain such as corn and soy.  This beef is sourced from my neighbours farm.. you can shop the organs in the lower section of the 100% grass fed beef category if tradionally fed is not what you are seeking.

Oxtail is the common name for a cow’s tail. It is used in a variety of cuisines.  Oxtail is most often served as part of a stew or a soup, as the fat, cartilage and bone marrow add plenty of flavor. The meat becomes very tender when it is subjected to wet cooking for long periods of time
