This package allows you to get a half cow without the wait.  What is included:

• 60 lbs Ground
• 48 lbs Roasts and brisket
• 20 lbs Steaks (A combination of Premium Steaks: Ribeye, Tenderloin, T-Bone, Striploin and Standard Steaks: Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Round and Flank)
• 12 lbs Stewing Beef - may be substituted for standard steak and roasts based on inventory
• 12 lbs Ribs (A combination of Back Ribs and Braising Ribs) - may be substitued for standard steaks and roasts based on inventory
• 10 lbs Sausages (A combination of Regular, Garlic and Italian) - may be substituted for standard steaks and roasts based on inventory
