This box contains:

• 4-6 lbs of steak (2 steaks per package aprox 1 lb per package) a combination of standard and premium steaks
• 4-6 lbs roasts and/or brisket
• 6-8 lbs of lean grass fed ground beef
• 2 lbs stew beef - may be substituted for standard steak based on inventory
• 3-5 lbs braising ribs (also known as korean short ribs) and/or back ribs - may be substitued for standard steak based on inventory
• Total 25 pounds per box all butcher paper wrapped with exception to the ground beef....
