This box contains:

• 3 - 4 lbs of steak (2 steaks per package aprox 1 lb per package) will contain a combination of standard and premium steaks
• 2.5 - 5 lbs roasts and/or brisket
• 6 - 8 lbs of lean grass fed ground beef
• 2 lbs stew beef -may be substituted for standard steak based on inventory
• 3 lbs braising ribs (also known as korean short ribs) and/or back ribs - may be substituted for standard steak based on inventory
• Total 20 pounds per box all butcher paper wrapped with exception to the ground beef....
