1 Package of Standard Steak contains 2 steaks cut aproximately 1.25" thick. The weight varies based on the steak selected from approximately 1 to 3 lbs. We will do our best to accomodate your request for the steak selection that you may put in the comments, however we may substitute from any steak in this group based on our inventory.
